You don't need a specification
Lots of people put off getting in touch because they think they need a detailed brief first. You don't. Working out the detail is our job, and the call is where it starts.
Three things that help
- The problem in a sentence: what takes too long, goes wrong or costs money.
- Who does the work today, and roughly how long it takes them each week.
- What a good result would look like six months from now.
Useful, but optional
Screenshots of the tools you use now, an example spreadsheet with the sensitive bits removed, and a list of the other systems involved all make the conversation more specific. None of them are required.
What happens after
If there's a good fit, we write up the bottleneck we talked about with a suggested fix, then follow up with a written proposal covering scope, price and timeline. If there isn't, we'll tell you, and point you somewhere better if we can.
When you're ready, pick a time on the booking page. Twenty minutes, no obligation.
