Automations and integrations

Automations that move the data, so your team does not have to.

Copying details from one system to another is slow, dull and easy to get wrong. We connect the tools you already pay for, so information flows between them on its own.

Sound familiar?

  • Copy and paste between systems

The same customer or invoice details are typed into two or three tools, by hand, every day.

  • Tasks that depend on someone remembering

Reminders, follow-ups and renewals happen when someone remembers, not when they are due.

  • Tools that do not talk to each other

Each tool works on its own, so the full picture only exists in someone's head.

What is included.

The usual starting point. Your proposal sets out exactly what your project covers.

  • Connections between your existing tools through official APIs
  • Automatic invoices, reminders and follow-ups
  • Error alerts when something does not go through
  • A log of what ran and when
  • Documentation of every automation we set up
  • Changes as your process changes

Typical builds.

A few of the things this covers. If yours is not listed, the estimate will still price it.

  • Invoices and bills sent to Xero
  • Enquiries into your CRM
  • Payment reminders
  • Document expiry alerts
  • New customer onboarding emails
  • Data synced between spreadsheets and apps

How a project runs

Four steps, in order. A named lead stays with you throughout, so you always know who is responsible and what happens next.

  1. Estimate and discovery call

Get an estimate in a few minutes, then a free 20-minute call about the problem, who does the work today and what a good result looks like. No obligation to go further.

  2. Written proposal

What we will build, what is left out, what we need from you and how we will both know it is finished. The price and timeline are confirmed here, before any work starts.

  3. Build, in view

You see working software as it takes shape, not just at the end, so you can steer early while changes are still small.

  4. Launch

We put it live and walk your team through it. Then we either run it for you or hand everything over: your choice, set out below.

Questions about automations and integrations.

Could we do this with Zapier instead?

For simple cases, yes, and we will tell you if that is enough. Custom integrations make sense when the logic is complex, the volume is high, or per-task fees add up.

What happens if an automation fails?

It is logged, and you or we are alerted, so nothing fails silently. Most can retry on their own once the other system is available again.

Do we need new software?

Usually not. Most automations connect the tools you already pay for.

Is it safe to connect our accounts?

Yes. We use each provider's official API with the minimum access needed, and credentials are stored securely, never in spreadsheets or emails.
