Terms of use
Last updated 9 August 2026
These terms govern your use of vectisflow.com. By using the site you accept them.
They do not govern any engagement. Work we do for a client is governed entirely by that engagement's signed contract, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by VectisFlow Limited, a data intelligence consultancy registered in England and Wales, company number 14990157.
You can contact us at hello@vectisflow.com.
2. The content on this site
The material on this site is provided for general information about our services. It is not advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.
We take care over what we publish, particularly the technical material, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or fit for your circumstances. Do not act on it without taking advice appropriate to your own estate and obligations.
3. Case studies and figures
The engagements published under Case studies describe how we work. Figures quoted in them are not audited performance claims and should not be relied on as a promise of outcome.
Any engagement we undertake for you will set out its own success measures, its own baseline and its own method in the contract.
4. Intellectual property
The content, design, code and diagrams on this site belong to VectisFlow Limited, except where third-party material is used under licence.
You may read, print and share pages for your own or your organisation's internal use. You may quote from them with attribution. You may not republish substantial parts commercially, or present our material as your own.
Third-party trademarks shown on this site, including the platform marks in the technology band and the certification marks in the footer, remain the property of their owners. Platform marks indicate technologies we build on and do not imply partnership, affiliation or endorsement in either direction.
5. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, do not introduce malicious code, do not attempt to overload or disrupt it, and do not scrape it in a way that degrades service for others.
Do not use the contact form to send unsolicited marketing, to submit anyone else's personal data without their knowledge, or to send us confidential material before a confidentiality agreement is in place. If you have something sensitive to discuss, say so and we will arrange a proper channel first.
6. Links
Where we link to another site, we do so because we think it is useful. We have no control over it and take no responsibility for its content or its handling of your data.
You may link to this site from your own, provided you do so in a way that is fair and does not suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist.
7. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the content of this site, and for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or loss of data arising from your use of it.
This clause governs your use of the website only. Liability under an engagement is dealt with in that engagement's contract and is not affected by anything here.
If you are a consumer rather than a business user, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
8. Availability
We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site.
10. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
