Questions about technology.

Can you work with the system we already have?

Usually. If it has an API or a reliable export we can connect to it, and we will tell you on the discovery call if replacing it makes more sense.

Do you use no-code tools?

Where they are the right fit, yes. A Zapier automation or a well set up spreadsheet is sometimes the honest answer, and we will say so.

Do you use AI?

Where it genuinely helps, such as sorting or summarising text, using providers that do not train on your data. Not where accuracy matters more than speed.

Will we be tied to your hosting?

No. Everything runs on mainstream platforms, and a full handover moves the code, hosting and accounts into your name.
