Industries
Three sectors, chosen deliberately.
We work where both estates are large, the permission model is real, and evaluation is a condition of deployment rather than a refinement. Depth in a few sectors beats a logo grid covering everything.
Where we work
Large estates, real permission models, expensive mistakes.
Each of these sectors runs a warehouse and a document estate that answer different halves of the same question, and each has a reason why a wrong answer is not a minor inconvenience.

Water and utilities
Regulated network operators run meter, SCADA and job data alongside thirty years of documentary history, and most operational questions need an answer drawn from both.

Central government
Departments hold decision-relevant material in correspondence and in the transactional systems beneath it, under explainability and residency constraints that rule out most of the market.

Financial services
Regulated firms can build pipelines and retrieval systems quickly, and can deploy neither without evidence. Assurance is the constraint, and it is the one most projects under-resource.

Not on the list?
The pattern generalises further than the sector does.
Manufacturing, energy and legal all present the same shape: numbers nobody quite trusts, documents nobody can query, a permission model that has to survive retrieval, and a decision that needs a citation. If that describes your estate, the sector matters less than those facts.

Talk to us.
A first conversation runs about forty-five minutes and covers three things: what your estate actually looks like, whether anyone can define a correct answer or an agreed number, and whether your permission model resolves per user. Any one of them can rule the work out, and we would rather tell you in week one.
